PEAK PERFORMANCE PLANS
Peak Performance maintenance plans from Summit Heating and Air in Lowell
Regular tune-ups help prevent breakdowns, extend the life of your system and maximize energy efficiency. Choose Gold or Platinum.
Chapter 01
Seasonal tune-ups, component inspection and cleaning: what a visit covers
A seasonal tune-up is a thorough inspection and servicing of your heating and cooling systems. The technician checks for optimal performance, cleans components and confirms the system is running efficiently. Schedule it at least twice a year, ideally in spring and fall, so the air conditioner is ready before summer and the furnace is ready before the cold arrives in Lowell.
Component inspection means looking at the thermostat, filters, belts and motors, the small parts that turn into big repair bills. Cleaning and lubricating the moving parts reduces friction and wear and helps the system run quietly and efficiently. Our technicians address potential issues before they grow into major problems, so nothing stays a guess until winter.
As a plan member you receive priority scheduling for service calls and repairs, ensuring prompt attention whenever you need it. Regular tune-ups help prevent breakdowns, extend the life of your system and maximize energy efficiency, which is why Summit Heating and Air built the plans around seasonal visits.

Gold or Platinum: which plan fits which house
Both plans include four filters provided annually, but they are built for different houses. Gold is the straightforward plan: 10% off repairs, a discounted service fee of $79, 5% off accessories and new equipment install, and one cooling tune up and one heating tune up. It keeps a Lowell homeowner on a steady schedule of seasonal checks.
Platinum is for the homeowner who wants more protection. It raises the repair discount to 15%, drops the service fee to $59, and adds a blower motor pulled and cleaned annually, a 2 year parts and labor warranty, and the first lb of 410A free each year. Every line of both plans is listed below, exactly as published.
Chapter 03
Why members come out ahead, and how to sign up
Members come out ahead when a repair comes up, because the discounted service fee and the repair discount are part of the plan. Platinum members also automatically qualify for a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty if a new unit is purchased, which matters when an older system in Northwest Arkansas reaches the end of its life.
